Deed of Revocation of Deed of Settlement and in General Release. David Whiteman and wife to Mr John Palfreeman. 9 June 1827. i) David Whiteman of Woburn, victualler and Ann his wife formerly Ann Tebbet of Oakley. ii) John Palfreeman of Oakley, Steward to the Marquess of Tavistock Indenture 6 Dec 1823 between a)Ann Tebbet b) David Whiteman and c) George Rock of Woburn, gentleman and John Palfreeman. Recited agreed marriage between David Whiteman and Ann Tebbut , prior to which a) with the agreenment of b) and in consideration of 10 shillings paid by c) transferred to c) 236 upon trust until the marriage was solemnized and thereafter to pay the interest and proceeds to a). After her decease the 236 to David Whiteman. 27 Oct 1824 36 paid by c) to b) with the agreement of a) George Rock deceased, all trusteeship to John Palfreeman. 9 May 1826 100 paid by c) to b) with agreement of a). This Indenture agreement 100 paid by c) to b) with agreement of a). John Palfreeman discharged. David and Ann Whiteman nee Tebbut appoint him to pay them the remaining 100 and revoke him from duty.
