Copy Appointment of New Trustees to the will of M.E.L., [for which see X 880/4/1], between G.L.G. and Thomas Swinton Paterson of 2 Priestfield Road, Edinburgh (i) and Alexander Morrison of 7 Park Avenue, Bedford, esquire and George Hayward Wells of Newnham House, Bedford, Lieutenant Colonel in H.M. Army, retired (ii). Reciting: -Death of W.G.L. on 13 Jul 1909 -Will of J.W.G. dated 16 Sep 1914 appointing T.S.P., James Herbert Paterson and Robert A. Hill as his executors and trustees -Death of J.W.G. on 26 Jan 1920 and probate of his will dated 13 Apr 1920 -Investments (as scheduled) created by the will of M.E.L., and that no person is nominated by the will to appoint new trustees after the death of W.G.L. -(i) wishes to appoint (ii) to be the new trustees to hold the investments upon the trusts and subject to the provisions of the said will.
