intended marriage between Lord Ashburnham and Jemima, dau. of
Hen., Earl of Kent, the latter promised, if he had no heirs
male, to pay under his will 10,000 to Southwell and Hutton
for daus.;

Wrest Park, and lands at Greenstead, Mile End, Colchester,

Copford, Birch and Oldham in Essex and Suffolk; at Flitton,
Fielden, Silsoe, Gravenhurst, Blunham, Bozeat, Harrold, Henlow,
Over Stondon, Clophill Hall, Higham Gobion, Barton, Shillington,
Hexton, Stondon, Ur. Stondon, Meppershall, Henlow Grey,
Cainhoe, Beadlow, Pulloxhill and Ion, Beds., Herts., and Northants.;
manor and lordship of Burbage, Leics., and advowson of church;
and all lands of Hen. in above counties except Shenfield, Essex;
for 1,000 years, to be void on payment of money under
indenture recited above;
