Copy of Blunham verdict; verdict of lawsuit against
Smith, who had brought an action of trespass against
persons of Blunham trespassing in Sandy.'
Ric. Smyth brought an action against Thos. Cranfield and
Edw. Chambers of Blunham, yeom., on plea of trespass
on 4 Aug. 1653 on his selions in Down Field, Sandy, and
on other occasions; names of jurors are given (p.13);
there is a note that at the Assizes it was found that
Blunham had right of common in Down Field, Sandy, from
Midsummer to Candlemas, and plaintiff was non-suited.
