will have a son. 2 children - Lady Ann Florence (then Countess
Cowper) and Lady Margaret Gertrude Vyner entitled to portions
under 20/71 & 72 Settlement of 30,000 made on Countess Cowper
on her marriage in lieu of portion.)
Covenant of (i) to convey lands to value of 16,208 to uses of
20/71 & 72.
