(a) covenants after marr. to sell 10,000 South Sea annuities to buy manors and to settle to use of (b) for life with redr. & jointure of 200 p.a. to (c), then to sons in tail male. Weddell in 1756 a bachelor, and his own death as a widower in 1762, survivor 2nd. s. Wm. Weddell who suffered Common Recovery of estate Michaelmas 1765. Rec. of 20/62. Rec. of will of Wm. Weddell of 30 May,1789 - Manor of Wigglesworth and estate in Little Newton and Long Preston to use of Hen. Dunscombe and Jn. Parker for 500 yrs. on trust to use of son(s) of Wm. Weddell in tail with redr. to use of dtrs. as tenants in common with cross redrs. btwn. them with redr. to testator's w. Eliz. for life with redr. to (i)'s father Lord Grantham & his hrs. male. Wm.
