(ii) Sir Tancred Robinson of Newby, Bart.

Hartbucke meadows in Rawcliffe or Clifton Ings, stall in York
Minster, patronage of vicarages of Strensall and Osbaldwick, the
spiritual jurisdiction of the prebend, and profits from oak trees.)
(Covenants about timber, repairs etc. ii to pay tenths & subsidies
to king & payment from prebend to Vicars Choral. ii to repair
manor house in Strensall and the chancels of Strensall and
Osbaldwick parish churches. ii to provide men, horses, and arms for
musters charged on prebend. 2 attorneys apptd. by (i) to deliver
seisin to (ii).
For natural life of (ii), his s. Thos. (aged 12) & Elias Ellis s.
of Jn. Ellis of Clifton (aged 25) and longest liver of these.
