(a) seised of manor but subject to mortgage of 780 and several annuities and rents (b) agreed with (a) to buy, subject to mortgage, rents (10-6-6 payable to prebend of Strensall, rector of Skelton, Sir Job. Brooks and Mrs. Pierpoint) and annuities (provided in will of Sir Tancred Robinson for son Norton and four dtrs. My., Eliz., Alathea, & Marg.) and estate of (a) for life for 9,265. (a) - (c) - - manor of Rawcliffe as tenant, b-dedt., (a) vouchees. Recovery suffered. To use of (a) for life, then to (b) & hrs. i - iii, by direction & appmt. of ii -- Reversion in fee simple expectant on death of Sir Wm. Robinson in manor of Rawcliffe and app. in Rawcliffe & Skelton; subject to mortgage, rents, and annuities (as in recital) (Provision for redemption in 9 instalments of 100 from 8 September, 1765 - Sept. 8th 1769 and 4100 on 8 March 1770 to (iii) in Common Dining Hall of Lincoln's Inn.)
