(changed name). (a) & (b) & W. My. agreed to suffer common recovery
of freehold estate of F. Taylor, a rent-charge of 39-18-5 from
lands in Clifton & to declare uses. Rent Charge & other estates
to use of (i) to sell to recoup costs of recovery, articles of
Agreement & debts of Wm. Meyer. Rec. of subsequent cov. to suffer
a recovery of 10 & 11 November, 1778 btwn. (a) W. Meeke. & W. Meyer

Rec. of recovery suffered Michaelmas term 1779. Meyer didn't
execute recovery & since died leaving Wm. Meyer an infant, only
s. & hr. Rec. of decree of Chancery made by Master of Rolls of
15 Feb. 1785 in cause. Pltffs. Thos. Briggs, Wm. Goldsborough,
Ric. Hargreaves, Chas. Booth & Chas. Dawson, some of Meyer's
creditors. Defdts.: Meeke, Willoughby, Field, My. Meyer widow,
Wm. & Anna Jane Meyer, infants, Jn. Gott, Rev. Fra. Meeke, Geo.
Meeke, Jn. Jolliffe Tuffnall & w. Ann, Sam. Jolliffe Tuffnall,
Wm. Tuffnall, Jn. ??.. & Jn. Jolliffe Tuffnall, an infant. Recovery to stand though not executed by Meyer. A master of Chancery to take account of a Meyer's
debts at time of entering Articles of Agreement & to compute
interest thereon. Estates vested in Willoughby & Field to be sold
to pay costs of suit & crediting. Rec. of report of master of
Chancery of 26 January 1786 allowing (ii) to be purchaser of Lot
3 (Rent Charge of 39-18-5d.) for 625. Rec. of Chancery Order of
13 June, 1786 (ii) to pay cons. into bank with privity of the Accoun
- tant General of Chancery.)
i-ii Rent charge of 39-18-5d. chargeable on Manor of Clifton, 24
hens & 300 eggs payable to manor by tenants, and Acton als.
