Taylor, a rent-charge of 39-18-5 from lands in Clifton & to declare uses. Rent Charge & other estates to use of (i) to sell to recoup costs of recovery, articles of Agreement & debts of Wm. Meyer. Rec. of subsequent cov. to suffer a recovery of 10 & 11 November, 1778 btwn. (a) W. Meeke. & W. Meyer & w. My. (b) Jos. Allen of Furnival's Inn, London, gent. (c) Thos. Barstow Esq., of Great Fulford & Tim. Mortimer of York, gent. (d) Jas. Willoughby, Joshua Field (e) Jn. Skinnow of Gilstead par. of Bingley & Jn. Lobley of Bingley, gent. a - b rent charge from manor of Clifton of Sir. Wm Robinson Bt. decd. (d) to recover & sell & discharge mortgage betwn. W. Meyer & Jn. Gott, gent. of lands at East Keswick, Yorks & Meyer's debts. Rec. of recovery suffered Michaelmas term 1779. Meyer didn't execute recovery & since died leaving Wm. Meyer an infant, only s. & hr. Rec. of decree of Chancery made by Master of Rolls of 15 Feb. 1785 in cause. Pltffs. Thos. Briggs, Wm. Goldsborough, Ric. Hargreaves, Chas. Booth & Chas. Dawson, some of Meyer's creditors. A master of Chancery to take account of a Meyer's debts at time of entering Articles of Agreement & to compute interest thereon.
