    Award. Of differences between Sir Metcalfe Robinson and Roger Caley of York to differences about purchase of front & gdn. in Clifton held by lease from the Abp. of York (v. L20/1) (a) Caley to convey all his interest - except in a windmill - to Robinson - i.e all lands leased from the Abp. there and tenant right. (b) Robinson to pay Caley 45 as cons. by Oct. 1st. (c) Caley to receive rent due for the forest close at next Michaelmas. (d) Caley also to have profits of the Crofts & the one at White Cross until October 1st. when Robinson shall enter all lands. Caley can lead hay from the Croft through adjg., land of Robinson. (e) Suits to cease. Award to be in full satisfaction of the 'controversie'
