(iii) Jas. Gazeley of Over Stondon, yeoman;
Edw. Pryor of Hitchin, carpenter, trustee for J. Gazeley;
-- a cottage in Over Stondon, occ. John Bond, with
a hempland and 17 ac.;
mortgaged 28 June 1693 Robt. to Sim. & Eliz. Lucas;
the mortgage was not paid, and the estate of Sim. Lucas
became absolute, and was purchased by J. Gazeley;
mortgaged 13 January 1706-7 and 15 November 1710 to
Sim. Lucas. Sim. Lucas is now dead, and mortgage
is to be assigned to J. & M. Dimsdale as part of
their share of S. Lucas' estate.
