Parties (i) - (vii) are seized of lands lying dispersedly
in Ion, and with rights of common.
The Duke wishes to extend his park and make an avenue;
therefor an exchange is to be made and lands to be exempt
from rights of common.
Parties (viii - xii) are seized of a cottage each in Ion and
right of common; they are to get in exchange an acre of land
