Tenant is to do repairs and maintain ditches and
fences, and do 3 carriage-duties annually (as in 15/5).
He may lop willows and maples and also the following:-
in Gt. Wyses close 19 oaks and 4 ashes;
in Reekyard close 5 ashes;
in Bushey close 7 oaks and 8 ashes;
in Long pightle 5 oaks and 10 ashes;
in Parkers close 3 oaks and 7 ashes;
in Baxters close 5 ashes.
