Will proved (PPC) on 15 July 1857 by ii) alone, George Walduck having died on 4 May 1845 Reciting also transfer of mortgage of 10 December 1847 (endorsed on above) 1) Ann Fossey, Biggleswade, widow 2) Ann Lofts, widow of Joseph, deceased 3) John Lofts and George Walduck 4) said Abraham Fossey Reciting death of Thomas Fossey on 17 July 1840. By his will dated 16 June 1840 (proved PCC) ...
