Thomas Henry William Pelham, Dene House, Putney Hill, London, C B Francis Pelham Whitbread, The Brewery, Chiswell Street, London, Esq iii) Biggleswade Rural District Council By Settlement of 4 September 1867, the lands etc shown on plan attached to this deed, and other lands in Southill, were assured to uses under which i) is now tenant for life in possession Said Settlement contains a power of sale of the Southill Estate now exercisable by ii), at request of i) Now in consideration of 300 paid by iii) by direction of i), to ii) i) conveys to iii) - right to maintain a tank on the Southill Estate, and embankment in connection thereof, as shown on plan, and underground pipes, including a wash out pipe, said line of pipes forming a connection between water mains of iii) and tank etc Channels not to be greater than 3ft wide Tank to be 12ft x 12ft x 8ft Right of construction, use and repair. 3 days notice of inspection to be given No excavations to be made except between 1 November and 1 March various covenants as to standards of work i) may divert line of pipes with approval of iii) but at his own cost i) acknowledges right of iii) to production of documents as in schedule Scheduleof deeds etc as in above abstract of title Signatures of i) and ii) witnesses S H Whitbread, Southill, J P Ri Wm Childe Pemberton, 11, Granville Place, Portman Square, Esquire C H Adams, Brewery, Chiswell Street, Assistant Secretary to Whitbread & Co Ltd
