Grant of right i) The London and North Western Railway Company Ltd ii) The Rural District of Biggleswade consideration - 25 paid by ii) i) grant to ii) - full licence to construct, under the supervision and to the satisfaction of the Principal Engineer of i), and thereafter to use, the works specified in the schedule. With liberty to maintain the works, and so to enter the land of i) if necessary various provisions and considerations: work to be approved by i) to be completed before 31 December next work not be connected with out approval of i) indemnity against damage i) may erect any works they deem necessary or widen railway line without paying compensation i) Company may effect any alterations if ii) fail to do so within reasonable time If works not used by ii) for 12 months, then ii) to remove the works.
