Lease, Release and Appointment i) The Hon Samuel Henley Ongley, Sandy Place, and wife, Frances ii) John Bywaters, Girtford, Sandy, bricklayer iii) Charles Banks, Hail Weston, Hunts, gentleman reciting lease and release of 28 and 29 December [1810] a) S H Ongley and wife Frances b) Robert Henley Ongley, Lord Ongley John Harvey, Esq c) George Nigel Edwards Richard Francklin, Esq by virtute of authority in lease and release of 12 and 13 January 'now last past' 1) Dame Elizabeth Monoux, Sandy, widow Dame Mary Payne, widow said S H Ongley, and wife Frances said Richard Francklin and wife Judith Reddell Lucy Monoux 2) said G N Edwards 3) Richard Denis, as administrator of John Denis, Esq, deceased 4)said R Denis, as trustee of a term of years also by virtue of fine levied in pursuance thereof it was appointed that manor, etc (including piece of land in Girtford) should remain to uses and trusts as a) should appoint reciting also an assignment of 4 December [1810] 1) John Bywaters 2) said Charles Banks 3) creditors of John Bywaters reciting that 1) owed sums of money which he was unable to pay 1) assigned to 2) - his personal estate in trust for 2) and 3) also 1) will convey to use of 2) - all messuages etc on Sandy in trust for sale for benefit of 3) Now in consideration of 17 paid to i) by ii) and 8 paid to i) by iii) (total 25) i) at request of ii) release to iii), in his actual possession by virtue of a lease for a year - piece arable or garden ground on part whereof ii) has lately erected a cottage, at Girtford (25p) S cottage of Francis Pym, Esq, in occupation of William Whittimore N John Barber, in occupation of William Blaine and another E North Turnpike Road W sward ground called The Haws belonging to Francis Pym, in occupation of John Allen to hold to use of iii) on trust for sale.
