Abstract of title of Mr James Robarts to land etc at Deepdale, reciting: Demise of 12 July 1843 a) John Cooper, Potton, yeoman b) John Race, Biggleswade, gentleman Consideration - 500 lent to a) by b) a) demised to b) - piece of land in Windmill Field called Deepdale at Snow Hill (8a) adjoining the Potton to Sandy road late in occupation of Joseph Edwards and William Daseley and then of a) - 3 messuages etc built by a) on part of said land, then in occupation of Richard Croot, John Croot and John Brittain term - 900 years to secure repayment of 500 and interest at 4 10s % p.a. on 12 January next and until sum repaid.
