    Partition deed i) The Rev Vitruvius Partridge Wyatt, 2, Endsleigh Place, Bedford, clerk in Holy Orders ii) The Rev Paul Williams Wyatt, Austin Canons, Kempston, clerk in Holy Orders iii) Arthur James Hervey Wyatt, Elmhurst, Kimbolton Road, Bedford, gentleman iv) Henry Nelson Tebbs, Bedford, gentleman Reciting will of James Wyatt, dated 28 August 1878, by which he gave his real and personal estate to Frederick Howard, and his son, i), in trust to pay annual income to wife, Augusta Sophia Lavinia Wyatt, for life, or until re-marriage, and then on trust for his children, i), ii) and iii) who should attain 21 James Wyatt died on 28 August 1878.
