Lease and release (being a conveyance) i) George King, Potton, gentleman ii) George Youd, Potton, woolstapler iii) Henry Verrall, late of Potton, surgeon and apothecary and now of Lewes, Sussex, gentleman iv) William Masters, Potton, cornfactor v) Thomas Seamer, Potton, carpenter vi) John Spicer, Potton, yeoman Reciting lease and release of 24 and 25 November 1820 a) John Dennis, late of Potton, butcher, and then of Guilden Morden, Cambs, farmer, and wife Sarah b) William Gilbert, Gamlingay, Cambs, yeoman c) said G King d) said G Youd e) said W Masters and by fine levied in pursuance of said release by which property was conveyed by way of an annuity to use of c) for life, and subject thereto, to use of d) in trust for c) v) has agreed to buy said land for 150 Said land was lately allotted by inclosure commissioners to a) in right of 6a comprised in term of 500 years created by deed of 22 November 1809 between Mary and Edmund Bumberry (former owners) and iii) purporting to be a mortgage for securing to iii) the repayment of 130 and interest.
