    28 September 1917 Reconveyance i) George Paine Winters David Paine Winters both of 18, Limes Road, Folkestone, Kent, gentlemen ii) Mary Maria Dillamore, Upper Caldecote, widow Charles Ebenezer Malden, St Neots, Hunts, brewer Samuel Robert Dillamore, 14a, Park Houses, Willesden Green, Middx, warehouse manager (executors of will of Henry Dillmore, formerly of Upper Caldecote, deceased)) being supplemental to indentures in 2nd schedule reciting will of Henry Dillamore dated 1 December 1904 and appointed i) as executors and trustees and bequeathed residue of real and personal estate in trust for sale. He died on 8 April 1907. Said will, with codicil, proved (PPR) on 25 May 1907.All monies secured by deed on 1st schedule have been paid and statutory discharge endorsed thereon dated 24 July 1917. All monies secured by deeds in 2nd schedule have been paid. Now in consideration of all monies secured by deeds in 2nd indenture having been paid i) as mortgagees convey to ii) - lands comprised in deeds in 2nd schedule to hold to use of ii) freed and discharged from all principal money and interest, as in 2nd schedule subject to trusts of will of Henry Dillamore, deceased 1st Schedule deed of 2 July 1900 whereby property in 4th schedule was mortgaged to secure 5000 and interest 2nd Schedule Mortgage of 4 June 1880 whereby property in 3rd schedule was mortgaged to secure 1600 and interest Transfer of above mortgage, 4 June 1889 Mortgage of 5 June 1880 whereby property in 3rd schedule was mortgaged to secure a further 3200 Transfer of above mortgage, 18 September 1888 Indenture of further security relating to property in 4th schedule to secure 4800 Mortgage of 29 September 1908 whereby property in 3rd and 4th schedule was mortgaged to secure a further 500 3rd schedule - messuage or farmhouse etc - Home Close (part of which was formerly a brickyard) (16a 3r 26p) - Home Field (22a 2r 29p) - top part of Long Field (3a 1r 23p) - top part of Rogers Field (27a 8p) in Upper Caldecote, Northill (total 70a 9p) and were late in occupation of William Kendall and Thomas Kendall and now of Edward Dalton and known as Water Lane Farm 4th Schedule - messuage etc - lands (140a 1r 27p) - 6 cottages signatures of i) witnesses G H Bennett, Sawley, Derbyshire, gentleman Flora Alice Robarts, 45, Josephine Avenue, Brixton Hill, S W music mistress
