iii) John Pares, Westfield, Southsea, Southampton, gentleman William Holding, Elm Grove, Kingsclere, Southampton, gentleman John Stretton, Grolier Villa, Rose Hill Street, Derby, gentleman Arthur Brookes, Fairfield, Biggleswade, gentleman Rt. Hon. Henry Algernon George, Earl Percy (trustees of the National Deposit Friendly Society) reciting transfer of mortgage of 6 August 1889 by which said mortgage debt of 500 and lands were assigned to G P Winters and D A Paine suject to equity of redemption.
ii) is now entitled to fee simple of lands described in schedule subject to mortgage debt for 3000 to R W Croft but all interest has been paid to date 500 is still owing to G P Winters and D A Paine but all interest has been paid to date
Now in consideration of 3000 paid to R W Croft by iii) and of 500 to G P Winters and D A Paine also paid by iii) and of 1500 to ii) also paid by iii) (total - 5000)
i) at request of ii) assign to iii) - property in schedule subject to equity of redemption to be repaid on 2 January next and interest at 3 15s% p.a. so long as principal remains unpaid
