After decease of a) and b) if there were 2 or more children of the marriage, then in trust for sale. Money received to be invested and interest used for the benefit of the children as b) should appoint. Otherwise to children in equal shares. If sons to be paid at 21 or earlier, if for their advancement. Girls at 21 or marriage There were 2 children of the marriage of James and Sarah and 2 i.e. James and Henry (ii)) and they have both reached 21. Sarah Dillamore died on 10 March 1820 and James Dillamore, the father, on 10 July 1823 ii) are the only persons entitled to the proceeds of any sale of the property and they have declared that the same shall not be sold but continued as real estate.
