It was agreed that title deeds etc as in schedule should be delivered to b) who would enter covenants for their production in defence of other property in Meppershall retained by a) and which, with above property, were assured to uses in favour of a) by deed of 23 December 1854
Deeds etc have accordingly been delivered to i)
Now i) covenants with ii) to produce deeds etc if required
