Lands held of Manor of Langford consisted of - 4 pieces of land containing 8a, 17a 3r 10d, 4a and 1r at yearly rents of 1s 3d, 5s 6d, 2s and 1d Said piece of land adjoin each other on the west and contain in total 32a N Elizabeth Bristowe and Maria Hughes E Biggleswade S George Nigel Edwards W Frances Raynsford No surrender has been made of lands held of Manor of Rectory of Langford By deed of 27 September 1902 the premises in 2nd schedule (and shown green on plan attached) were reconveyed to ii) discharged from all principal and interest secured by deed of 9 July 1885 5000 still remains owed Now in consideration of 5000 paid to i) by iii) i) at request of ii) assign to iii) - said principal sum of 5000 which ii) covenants to repay with interest at 4% p.a. also i) at request of ii) grants and ii) confirms to iii) - freehold premises now vested in them - road way bounding premises on South except such parts as are mentioned in 2nd schedule and coloured green on plan subject to redemption on payment of 5000 Payment of principal shall not be required for 3 years if interest paid regularly covenant to surrender copyhold property of the Manor of the Rectory of Langford, (as in 1st schedule) into the hands of the Lord to use of ii) iii) declares that he holds the property in trust for ii) subject to the equity for redemption.
