    Conveyance i) Henry Thomas Horn, The Boltons, Sidcup, Kent, Esq ii) Thomas Alexander Edward Addington, Henlow Grange, Esq iii) The Alliance Bank Ltd iv) Frederick Edwin Eyre, Kings Hill, Dursley, Glos, Esq v) Robert Brown, Mewlands, Crawley Down, Sussex, Esq vi) Francis John Gurney, Langford, farmer reciting deed of 5 June 1884 by which ii) conveyed to i) his manors, and copyhold property in Bedfordshire in trust for sale some of above property is subject to aggregated mortgage debt of 20,000 with interest due to iii) by virtue of deed specified in 2nd schedule by deed of 9 June 1884 made between ii) and iv) the interests of ii) in the property were further charged with payment to iv) of 1500 and interest, which still remains due Property was put up for auction on 26 September last and iv) was highest bidder for lot 35 at 15,200 and paid 1520 to i) as a deposit Timber on said lot is valued at 17 9s - to be added to purchase money by deed of 10 April 1855 made between ii) and v), ii) charged all his property with payment to v) of 1850 and interest. Said money is still owing Now in consideration of 1520 (deposit) and also of 13,680 (balance) and 17 9d (timber) paid by vi) to i) at request of iii) i) as trustee conveys and ii) and iii) confirm and iv) and v) as mortgagees release, to vi) - Manor of Langford - such parts as are freehold of --- property in Langford, specified in 1st schedule and shown in map on plan to use of iv) subject to said feefarm rent of 5s, and discharged from mortgage debt of 20,000 and any claims of iv) and v) Also ii) as beneficial owner, at request of i) and consent of iii) and iv) and v), covenant with vi) that they will at the cost of vi) surrender into hands of Lords of respective Manors - such part of property in 1st schedule as is copyhold to use of vi) according to custom of said Manor, and to be freed from said mortgage debt For the purpose of the Stamp Act, 13,637 9s shall be considered the price of the freehold property and 380 shall be the price of the copyhold property of the Manor of Holme with Langford, and 1200 the price of the lands held of the Manor of Langford Rectory No widow of vi) shall be entitled to dower in the premises i) and ii) acknowledge right of i) to production of docuemnts of title in 3rd schedule With 3 very detailed schedules signatures of i), ii), iv) and v) and seal of iii) endorsed with signatures of various witnesses Also endorsed with notice that by conveyance of 24 March 1911 an acknowledgement for production was given by F J Gurney to Frederick William King Attached: pencil note as to duty payable
