    Manor of Langford reciting that on 9 July 1825 Samuel and John Pryor of Langford, victuallers, in consideration of 200 paid by Daniel Brooks of Biggleswade, grocer, and Elizabeth Brooks, spinster, surrendered - 3 cottages (formerly one) in Flexmore End, Langford, formerly in occupation of - West, afterwards of John Ell and then later of John Clark, John Hills and Thomas Clark and then of Thomas Kemp, said John Hills and Thomas Clark - 2 other cottages situate at back of aforementioned and erected by Samuel Pryor, deceased, father of above Samuel and John to which first mentioned cottage said Samuel Pryor, deceased was admitted tenant on 19 April 1810 on the surrender of Sir John Everitt, knight said 2 last mentioned cottages were late in occupation of William Bates and John Hall and then of Jesse Smith and then of Jesse Smith and widow Hall to all which said premises Samuel Pryor (surrenderor) was admitted tenant on 1 November 1814, as devisee under will of Samuel Pryor, deceased to use of Daniel and Elizabeth Brooks as tenants in common who are now admitted to said property rents (in total) - 1s 10d
