Conveyance i) Thomas Green, Ickwell, Northill, cordwainer ii) Edward Sexton, Langford, tailor iii) George Course, Ickwell, wheelwright iv) James Tate, Northill, farmer reciting above deed of 23 June 1837 Now in consideration of 10 paid by iii) to i) and 5s paid to i) and ii) by iv) i) with intent to pass legal estate for said term of 1000 years and to pass his equitable estate in the reversion and also ii) at request of i), have released to iii) - piece ground in Langford (10p)as is now stumped out and being the westward part of piece of land mentioned in above deed N Mark John Norman S Boot public house to Toplar's Hill W John Gravestock to be fenced from residue of said ground at expense of iii) to be held by iii) the said term being merged in the freehold, and fee simple in possession being vested in him. To use of iii) or iv) as trustee for iii) signatures of i) and ii) endorsed receipt witness Geo Austin
