Assignment of mortgage debt i) Robert Hunt Henry Hunt Frederick Hunt Samuel Hunt (surviving legatees under will of late Robert Hunt of Ketton, Rutland, Esq) ii) William Thomas Chapman, Biggleswade, gentleman iii) William Higgins Jacob, 59, Portsdown Gardens, Maida Hill, Paddington, Esq Arthur Hunt, Lieutenant in H M 5th Regiment of Lancers, now serving in India By Mortgage of 28 November 1840 between ii) and Robert Hunt (now deceased), a freehold messuage etc in Biggleswade lately purchased by ii) became vested in Robert Hunt to secure payment of 800 and interest Reciting will of Robert Hunt,dated 31 October 1846 by which (after other bequests) he devised residue of his real and personal estate to sons, i) and George Hunt, deceased. Robert, Frederick and Henry Hunt appointed executors. Will proved (PCC) on 15 December 1846 Said sum of 800 was still owing and sum became vested in i) who have agreed to assign it in favour of their sister, Elizabeth, wife of ii) Now i), with consent of ii), transfer to iii) - Said debt of 800 secured by said mortgage in trust for Elizabeth Chapman, absolutely Copy signatures of all various witnesses
