-- a capital messuage and farm in Over Stondon, late
occ. Ric Lillie, now John Walker.
Tenant shall maintain hedges and ditches, and
shall fetch timber for repairs within 5 miles;
he shall also preserve timber from biting hurt or
spoil of cattle, and shall bear taxes; penalty
for ploughing 5 per acre. He may lop the trees
usually lopped, shall reside on the premises, and
use the compost on the premises.
