Shotbolte of Yardley, Herts., gent; Cutlake Reyner of Meppershall. -- Dychefield meade close, being the inheritance of Wm. Huls, in Over Stondon, with another newly enclosed close adj,; commons for 6 beasts to go in the common fields of Over Stondon not being now enclosed, as inhabitants of the parish do usually keep them in the sd. fields yearly from 1 August during the harvest and winter season till the Annunciation; with sheep walk at all times in the year in the common fields of Over Stondon not now being enclosed (the sheepwalk for 3 yrs. only); but except the 2 enclosed spinneys, and except the trees and underwood (except for hedging). Tenants may graze horses, geldings or colts, saving the spring of wood and bushes from biting of cattle as much as in them lieth; let go by Geo. Rotherham of Someries esq. for 60 yrs. from d. of gdf. Sir Thos. to Wm. Huls with his manorplace or capital messuage in Over Stondon, and assigned by Wm. Huls to Thos. Huls of London, barber-surgeon, Witn. Thos. Parys, Dennys Hynde, Thos. Goodesonn.
