Wm. Hulse of Norfolk, gent., s. & h. of Wm. Hulse late of
Over Stondon, gent., decd.
1. Wm. Hulse & bro. Thos. will before (blank) date convey to
the Earl the reversion of the manor of Over Stondon, occ.
Eliz. Hulse wid. (except 66 ac. sold by father Wm. Hulse
to John Luke gent.)
2. Wm. & Thos. Hulse will acquit the Earl of all encumbrances
entered into them, their father, or by Sir Thos. Rotherham,
kt.; except for the rights of their mother Eliz,;
3. They will enter into a statute for performance of covenants;
4. The Earl will pay 500 by agreed instalments.
5. The Earl will cause John Felde of the chapel in the
parish of Meppershall, yeom., and Robt. Mathewe of
Meppershall, yeom., to enter into recognizances for
said payments.
