Testator is indebted about 500 to many men, and has
not sufficient to pay them without sale of land.
To w. ,extrix., manor of Over Stondon, who is to sell
sufficient land to pay debts. (Already 60ac. and
a close have been sold to John Lukes for 300, which
is less than their value, but he is willing to
reconvey for the same amount.)
To yger s. John, Peter, Paul, Leonard, and to daus. Anne,
Eliz., Mary, Kath., Anne jr., Mairdlyn, and Mary 50 each
