Lamb of Lincoln's Inn ) his 1/4 of the manor of Steane, Northants. (being the share of his late w. Jemima in her bro. Anth.'s estate); the manor of Bretherton, Lancs.; to sell & pay off 4,000 mortgage on Steane to Sir Jn. Newton, bart., and 4000 mortgage on Bretherton to Edw. Southwell & Ric. Waring; also money arising from marr. sett. & from d. of dau. Bridget to pay for education of son (the principal responsibility being entrusted to Mat. Lamb who is to have 300 p.a.); witn. Sam.
