Champneys Esq., decd. pd. Lord Ongley 372-6-9 for
dilapidations, non-performance of covenants etc.
This is to be added to Whatman's purchase money and inves
ted in Beds. estate. Rec. of 12/147-8. Latter made in
attendance of Lord Ongley's solr. and solr. for his
sons Robt. Henley Ongley & Sam. H. Ongley and for
Edmund Harvey, Eliz., & Jn. Harvey named in 12/146 as
persons entitled to redrs. in the estate.)
12/148 confirmed. Master of Chancery to ascertain costs of paying
2693-19-6 + 372-6-9 = 3066-6-3d. into Bank of England & invest
ing same in Beds. estate and approving a proper conveyance. These
costs to be pd. to petr. out of money in Bank ex parte Accountant
General of Chancery, residue then to be pd. to petr. acc. to 12/146
and rules of Chancery for Relief of Suitors.
