(Rec. of wills of Sir Sam. Ongley 10 June 1725; Sam. Ongley Esq., 7 Dec. 1727 & 9 Feb., 1736; and Anne Ongley, 15 May, 1749. Rec. Vintners remote, Lord Ongley's seat in Beds., therefore has agreed to sell to Jas. Whatman Esq., of Boxley for 2693-19-6d. 2 sons minors, therefore title must be made good by Act of Parliament.
