(After this term to use of Anne & Harriot Freind as tenants-
in-common and hrs. etc. Rec. A. Freind poss. mess. & gdn.
at Eton, Bucks. for 21 yrs. from 29 September, 1724 for rent
of 26s.-8d. and 4s. in lieu of 2 capons by Lease of 23
December, 1724 from Provost of Kings Colledge of our Blessed
Lady of Eton to (b) and assignment of 3 May 1729 by (b)to
A. Freind for redr. of term. Rec. (i) & Anne Freind to be
Married.)
- In 6 mths. (ii) at cost of (i) will convey to (iii) moiety of all
lands of recitals to use of Wm. Freind for life subject to trusts
& terms of deeds recited then to use of (i) & A. his intended w.
for lives etc., then (iii) to preserve uses etc., then to use of
any children etc., or legatees, or legal hrs.
- If Harriot dies her moiety to sis. A. (if more than one child of
marr. (iii) can sell and divide, and make leases of not more
than 21 yrs.
- mess. at Eton to be sold, money for use of (i) & A. Freind. Ann
& Harriot to have 40 p.a. during lifetime of their father acc.
to 12/74.
- (i) to pay (iii) 1500 or value of personal estate on trust to
pay A. Freind interest for life, on her dec. to her children etc.
(iii) not to be answerable for bad securities.
