(Rec. 203.16s. & pr. diamond earings worth 200 pd. by Jn. Garway of
London, mercer to Robt. Friend to use of children of (i) by Bridget
his late w. decd. Rec. 203-16s. pd. to (i) on 2 December 1721 upon
his note of the same day, acknowledging it to be for use of his
children and promising to give R. Friend a bond for same. 10 Dec.
1721 earings delivered by R. Friend to (i) on his note acknowledging
receipt and promising bond to R. Friend. Rec. (i) gave neither of
these bonds. In lieu R. Friend agreed to accept lands (below) on
uses & trusts below. R. Friend decided to use money for benefit of
Anne Freind and Harriot Freind, infants, only children of (i).)
(i - ii) -- mess. & 60a. at Pulloxhill, occ. Jos. Burr. (on trust (ii) out of
profits to pay expenses of trust and yearly sums during (i)'s life-
time of 40 for maintenance & education of Anne & Harriot. (i)
during lifetime to take redr. of rents after these charges.
Freely acquitted except 21 yrs. lease of 20 May 1717 of above
premises to Jn. Burr of Pulloxhill, grazier, at rent of 60. This
rent to be pd. to (ii) on above trusts 1/2)
