Thos. dwells to self & w. for lives then Michael; all
other lands in Ampthill which were Thos.' father's.
To s. Ric.:- mess. & app. in Wilhampstead bt. of Jn. Warner, with
closes belonging
To s. Jn.:- mess. in Pulloxhill occ. Edwd. Carter with closes app.,
mess in Greenfield occ. Jn. Manfield with mill and
millbrook.
w. to take profits of lands till children of age
To dtrs. Alice & Ann :- 500 each
w. Ann to have malting in Ampthill during her widowhood
Land in Ampthill not dev. to s. Michael and lands in Maulden &
Millbrook to be sold to provide daughters' portions, any residue
to be divided btwn. younger children.

Endsd.: Note that Jn. Arnald to whom Clay fld. was devised dies a minor, land
went to his bro. Thos., and that testator originally purchased Clay flds
