Letter:from Christine Dillingham at Kings Road, Flitwick to Richard Dillingham - writer thanks him for sending her a lovely brooch but asks, "what did you want to go and spend your money for on me"; - asks when he thinks he will be at home and that she and the boys are missing him very much; - notes Mrs Fowler is still worried to death about him and wonders whether he has been inoculated; - hopes his arms will soon be better; - comments that Dave Roberts is not going to try to get into anything, "He says he shall go where they like to put him, but I think he is very silly don't you"; - notes Tom Virgin is at the same place as Mr Heading; - comments that George Palmer wanted to know how he was getting on?; - notes the Majors have never asked how he is getting on, "I have stitched her up with a good yarn and told her what a splendid lot of fellows you were with and you were getting on splendidly and a lot more besides"; - wishes he was there tonight.
