    Letter: from Richard Dillingham at No 21 Kite & Balloon Section RFC Camp, [France] to Christine Dillingham at Kings Road, Flitwick - writer has received some letters from his wife and is sorry to have kept her waiting for so long for a letter from him; - notes he is having a fairly easy time, owing to the weather not being very good for flying the balloon; - notes they have been allowed out of the camp at night for an hour or two which has made a bit of change; - asks how Min is getting on and whether Reg has heard any more about joining up?; - expects he will see a big difference in the boys when he returns home; - is glad the children liked their postcards; - comments what a pity it is that the birds have eaten the cherries; - "Sorry its such a job to get sugar for jam especially as you have such a lot of raspberries"; - notes he is glad that the garden stuff is doing so well and that Mother tells him that she has become quite an expert; - "I have heard that what I told you in my last letter will be coming off later on. Lets hope so";
