The Countess is seised for life of Lord's croft, 5 ac., in
Flitton & Pulloxhill; & 4 leys (2 ac.) in Fielden, occ. Wm. Childe;
John & Briers Crofts are seised of 8 ac. in Wrest Field,
Silsoe, and a parcel of meadow, 2 ac. shooting to
Wrest Park;
No conveyance can be made, as Anthony, Earl of Kent, and
Briers Croft are under age;
The conveyance is to excuted as soon as parties reach
required age.
