Bedfordshire; all his cows, bullocks, calves,
bulls, hogs, sows, sheep, etc.; all corn,
grass & hay; all waggons, carts, ploughs,
harrows, harness, sacks, bushels, fans, screens,
sieves and other implements;
(i) to dwell with w. in one of above messuages;
of consideration money: 5 to dau. Mary Caton, and
5 each to her 3 chn.; 5 to dau. Susannah Farmer,
and 5 each to her 3 chn. within 1 yr. of (i)'s
decease;
