(iv) Fra. Hawkins of Fielden, yeom.;
whereas (i) has land in Fielden, and (ii) also have land in
Fielden, in which (iii) have reversionary rights, and
which is let to (iv):-
(i) will let to (iv) 66 ac. in South Field, Fielden,
in Watland, Wall, Hogg & Westfield farm furlongs;
tenant to pay parish rates, do repairs, not plough
up pasture (penalty 5 per acre), except what has
been converted to tillage in last 5 yrs.;
(this land is marked on plan (originally attached
to deed, now detached and stored separately with maps),
in bright red numbers, 1-34, 65-70, A-F, and is all
south of the road running in a southeasterly direction
slightly south of the present line of Wrest Park;)
(iv) will let to (i), by consent of (iii), 65 ac. in
Fielden Meadow, in Middle furlong in North Field,
in East Ridge furlong in West Field, in Long and Short
Honey Pott, Hilt meadow and Watland furlongs in North
Field;
(this land is marked on plan in very much faded
red numbers, 47-51, 67-78; and is all north of
above road);
