to (i): - 2 r. 16 p., abtg. W. on Paycock Home close,
including ditches, but trees and hedges when
stocked up to be for the use of (ii);
to (ii): - 1 1/4 ac. abtg. E. on Paycock's Home close.
(i) to make fences and quickset hedge on N. & W. sides
of above 1 1/4 ac. by end of year.

memorandum: 'I John Towersey, Master of St. John's
Hospital in Bedford do...consent that his Grace the
Duke of Kent shall have 2r.16p. in the tenure of
Wm. Peacock on condition that his Grace...conveys
to me...3r. of the 1 1/4 ac. above-mentioned, the other
to be for the use of Wm. Peacock.
