and all rights and appurts.
To use of Sir Robt. for life;
then for manors of Temple Chelsing and Sacombe, to use of
Jane dau. of Sir Robt.;
for manor of Higham Gobion and lands in Higham, Barton,
Hexton and Shillington, to use of Fra. Boteler, w. of
Sir Robt., until Jane is 16, for her maintenance, then
to her own use.
