    Lease for 7 years. Rent: 55 p.a. (i) Amabella, Countess of Kent. (ii) Tho. Fletcher of Harrold Park, keeper. all that part of the park lying south by west from the other part of the park; part of the mess. cd. the Lodge; herbage and pannage of the park, and keepership. Rent also '3 good fat does in one year (and 2 in the other) five does in 2 years commonly called barren does'; also on Christmas Eve 2 good fat turkeys and two good fat geese. Tenant agrees kill and deliver 4 fat bucks 'Commonly called 2 brace of bucks' p.a.; to preserve game, keeping 50 head of deer (25 male 25 female); that is 6 male deer called sores, 6 called soreels, 7 called prickets, 6 fawns, and 6 female above 4 years old, 6 above 3 years, 7 at 2 years and 6 female fawns; to leave at end of term 3 loads of good new hay, every load containing 20 cwt., for the provision of the deed; to live on the premises; to repair, hedge and fence; to preserve wood.
