To dau. and any other children he may have, 1,000 equally divided at 21 or marriage; if all children die, then 100 to neph. Tho. Burgess, niece Ursula Boteler and residue to children of bro. Wm. Boteler. All real estate to w., if children die, for life, then to bro. Exors. are empowered to call in 100 or 120 to build a house at Dungey. Son, if he lives, is to have 100 to apprentice him. Exors. are to employ woodmen and workmen to fell etc. trees in the 2 sales now standing nearest the barns, 1 in each year and to be husbanded and ploughed according to the rest of the grounds, and to be laid down with clover grass after 2 or 3 crops. 'Contry affairs' to be managed by wife and brother; money affairs by uncle John Orlebar. To bro. and sis. Boteler each a ring of 12s. value. To mother Mrs. Ursula Orlebar, bro. and sis.
