22 September 1736: manor of Rumerick:
admission of Allen, on sur. of Amb. Reddall gent., to
close of pasture called Norman's in Ion, with
barn theron built, with rickyard & cowyard;

in Upper and Nether Gravenhurst; 10 ac. land
in the common fields of Upper Gravenhurst & Ion,

the name of Allen was used in trust for Hen., Duke of Kent,
decd; and the premises are now the estate of Phil. Yorke
