distance; to have 4000 turves and 20' of oak or ash
for plough and cart bote, and 105 poles of ringwood;
landlord to put in repair and build small granary;

endorsment: ''Thos. Goodwin says that some of the ploughed
ground, upwards of an acre, is taken into the Duke's
park, for which he had 14s. allowed by my Lord Duke, which
we expect to be allowed;''
